Fern Creek Landscape Consulting & Design, Inc. is a firm that is based in Lakeville, Minnesota and that services Minneapolis, St. Paul, all of the Twin Cities metro areas as well as southern Minnesota. Fern Creek has been creating exquisite landscape designs as well as providing high quality installation and horticultural maintenance services for more than 20 years. All of their services include both commercial and residential applications.

Fern Creek Landscape Consulting & Design is headed by owner, Fern Dahl; a consummate professional and self-professed perfectionist. Fern studied Architectural Technology and after completing her studies she was employed at Korsunsky, Krank, Erickson Architects, a prominent Minneapolis based architectural design firm. Several projects offered the opportunity to develop landscape designs. She was intrigued by the concept of working and designing dynamic environments in nature.

Eventually Fern left the field of architecture and took a position as a landscape nursery manager and assistant manager at a prominent Twin Cities landscape company. After nine years with that business and a lot of encouragement from co-workers, friends and family, she decided the time was right to step out on her own and started Fern Creek Landscape Consulting & Design in 1996.

The services of Fern Creek include landscape consulting and design, installation, and maintenance for both commercial and residential projects. Fern’s specialty is creating environments that reflect and compliment the design esthetic of her client’s businesses and homes.
